Q1: How to confirm receipt of the goods?

A1: You can log in to the account page to check the order status or contact customer service to obtain the logistics order number for real-time inquiry.

Q2: Do I need to declare customs when buying things abroad?

A2: No, some countries need to pay additional customs duties. But we will handle your express tax.

Q3: How long does it take for logistics and delivery?

A3: 3-7 days domestically, generally 7-15 days abroad. It may take a little longer in some areas, so please do not consult customer service for details before remittance.

Q4: How to return or exchange goods?

A4: Please bring your belongings with you and contact customer service within 7 days to apply for a return or exchange. We will handle it conveniently for you.

Q5: Can I pay in installments?

A5: Installment payment is currently not supported.

Q6: Can I modify my order?

A6: Modifications can be made within 30 minutes after placing the order. After the order takes effect, modification is not supported. Please make sure everything is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Q7: Can the quantity be increased?

A7: Yes, please contact customer service in time to add additional products, and we will reissue the delivery order for you.
